True Vintage 1960s Halloween Costume Rubber Clown Shoes Hong Kong NOT China. These have been around a long time. They are true vintage costume shoes, not newer Chinese reproductions. The front of one measures an inch wider than the other, which was due to the way they were stored all these decades.
