All 5 tubes of paint are included. They are all sealed and appear to still be in usable condition. The red paint looks like it may have started drying out (see photos), but it's sealed, and I haven't broken the seal in order to confirm or deny that. They should all be in good usable condition because of the seal but anyone who works with acrylics knows time takes its toll sometimes so just be aware that these are sold as is, I won't break the seals to test them so they stay as fresh as possible. 3 tubes are high gloss, one pearl, and one satin finish.
