My boyfriend got this for Christmas, and then someone used an emulsion blender in it and scratched it. It works the same as it did (I've used it twice since), but he's boujee and wanted a new perfect one. The scratches have not changed the non stick or cooking function. Retails for $175 + taxes and shipping (so about $200). Comes with box and unused lid.
*note that their warranty is just a manufacturer warranty so stuff like user scratches and damage is not covered.
