Medal still sealed in cellophane. Stamps and medal in excellent condition. Some light wear on envelope and information inserts-pictured. Overall great condition!

1972 bicentennial commemorative stamps appropriately honor colonial craftsman, many of whom were members of the sons of liberty.
The liberty tree is on the reverse side of the medal. The sons of liberty arose in 1765 during the stamp act crisis and played a crucial role in the movement of protest and agitation leading to the final outbreak of hostilities between England and the American colonies.
