Black sheer swimsuit cover-up dress or tunic. This cover-up has a V-neckline adorned with rhinestones, a relaxed and flowy top with Dolman or kimono-style sleeves, a smocked and ruched stretchy waistband, and side slits at the bottom that run up to the waistband. It is pre-owned with some flaws, including fabric imperfections on the front by the waistband, a fine run at the bottom, light discoloring on the front right shoulder, and a couple of snags or small holes; one on the sleve and a few on the bottom.
The tag is faded from wash so no brand, material, care or size info. It's likely it is from the brand Smart & Sexy but not for sure. Please see measurements for size guidance.

29' wide, armpit seam to armpit seam. Basically, the bottom of the armhole of the sleeves
