Good used condition, smoke and pet free home. The only flaws I see are an inner button is a little loose and there is a thread that holds the back belted part that is a bit loose as well. See photos 7-8. Other than that is has some normal wear, and needs a good lint rolling. This is a heavy, warm and well made pea coat. Does not feel cheap.
