In 1998, Edward Gorey designed the front and back album cover artwork for the 1999 release "One False Move" by Punk Rock band The Freeze. Edward Gorey and the 5 band members Signed the initial 1000 vinyl copies which sold out prior to general release. The album remained out of print for 25 years, until late in 2024 when the Dr Strange label released a variation adding 4 additional songs.
This is one of a couple dozen or so artist proof copies from the original 1999 release. It was hand cut to fit the 12" by 17" frame and shows no signs of wear.
