No chips or cracks. The outside of box has a crackling appearance, along with paint rubbed off in areas. The mirror has a bigger black mark in the corner with a smaller black dot on the opposite side. The mirror has antiquing color to it! The bottom of box has a long nail between the clear part at the bottom of box. You can't feel the nail it's a cosmetic thing!
