Based on the measurements, my best guess is this is a current size 4-6 (see measurements below)
White acetate with sheer organza overlay
High banded neck
Sheer bodice and neck are accented with floral appliqués
Built in train that bustles with 3 buttons in the back
Long sheer blouson sleeves with fitted cuffs accented with flower appliqués
Wide floral appliqué waist band
Organza ruffle around the bottom
Zippered back
Measurements:
Bust: 34 inches around
Waist: 28 inches around
Sleeve: 24 inches measured from set-in seam
Front length from top of waist band to bottom edge: 44 inches
Across shoulders: 14 inches
Sorry that it does not fit my mannequin better as I was not able to photograph it fully zipped in the back.
Although this dress is used, it is in very nice condition with no tears, stains or other damage that I could detect.
