If you don't want coffee or hot chocolate on your mustache, this is the mug for you. It's made of porcelain with gold decoration. On the front is the phrase "Think of Me" with floral sprays above and below (perhaps the wife gave it to him). The mug has a nice heft to it. This is for someone who is right-handed. Size: 3½ in. diameter (w/out handle); 3¼ in. high. Condition: very good with some loss to the gold trim on the rim and mustache guard; the gold trim on the handle and base is intact. Probably made in Germany; circa 1900.
