Dates from somewhere in between the 1940's to the 1950's, used, i'm not sure if the metal part is made of silver platting tin or some other type of metal but it looks like tarnished silver, there's some chips on all the corners of the glass piece, the black part looks like it's more modern so it's possible it replaced the original part at some point (it could possibly be original but it just doesn't look like anything i've seen from this time period), there's no brand markings I can see, and is in good condition but still does show normal signs of wear and tear from age and use (marks, chips in the glass, and on the inside of the metal part it looks like there's some rust spots or other marks).
