Used maybe twice...not for me.
Comes with case, charger, cleaning brush, and one narrow "Thermicon" tip (the wide one seems to have loose contacts so I'm not including it--it won't stay put!).
Recommend you refer to the manual online before using! This is kind of a finesse operation, and if you're not holding the device just right, it doesn't zap the hair consistently. Definitely works, though!
If you don't know what to expect, note that the device actually burns the hairs! Does NOT hurt, but burnt hair isn't a great scent.
Cleaned all surfaces with isopropyl alcohol before placing back into case.
These still retail on Amazon at the no!no! store for a whopping $249!
