This denim is woven slowly on a shuttle loom, using rope-dyed short-fiber nep yarn for the warp and high-quality Suvin cotton for the weft. By intentionally using short fibers for the warp, it creates a fuzzy texture and a vintage feel, while the use of beautiful long fibers for the weft results in an elegant fullness and a soft texture. The distinctive fading pattern is created through repeated processes such as creasing, washing, and bleaching, all done by skilled craftsmen by hand.
