Featured is this lovely HARD TO FIND, vintage, original line, James Avery signed sterling silver house charm/pendant. It is in very good used condition and measures approximately. 7/8" tall ( with the bale) X 9/16" wide ( at widest point) x 1/8" thick ( front to back). It weighs 3 grams. I have not tried to clean or polish this. I will leave that up to the new owner. Really nice piece for your James Avery collection. Clearly signed on the back with the Candelabra hallmark, JA, 925. I have had this charm and one other charm that came on a James Avery charm bracelet. They were both soldered on the bracelet, as that's how it was when I bought it at auction over 8 years ago now. It is the early run of this design. Approx. 1980's.
