Fur is real, I am not sure what kind, it is removable to have a plain ivory coat by itself
Dry cleaned in past few year and stored
Slight imperfections 1- there is dark smudge on back of collar very slight under rhinestone neck. 2- one rhinestone button has 2 missing Swarovski crystals that can be replaced from craft store.
