About 40 years ago, it seems my father collected these when he was a child.
They were prizes from a wafer chocolate or ice cream.
He apparently said they were "sparkly" and jumped for joy when he got one ✨
Due to long-term storage, there is some soiling as shown in the photos.
I don't know much about them, so my explanation is poor, I apologize (^_^;)
