This is a charming vintage sterling silver puffy heart pendant necklace. The heart has three beautiful cabochons—real amethyst, red and green glass. With the bail it is 1.5" long by 1 1/8" wide. The pendant is marked 925. It hangs from a ball chain that is 24" long. The necklace chain is marked 925 Italy. This is a “pre-loved" item and so it has little scratches and dings consistent with used sterling silver jewelry.
