This is a vintage Harlich scrapbook cover featuring a Dutch boy and girl motif. It is part of a bundled lot of unused covers from the 1930s or 1940s. The cover is black with embossed, ornate designs and gold-embossed figures of the Dutch children.
Still in great condition for age. Pages seem to have never been touched. It all appears to be in non used condition.
