This is a vintage 1946 Trudy three-face composition doll, which features a head that rotates to reveal happy, sleeping, and crying faces.
The doll is made of composition material.
The head rotates 360 degrees inside the hood to change the face.
It is wearing its original clothing with a pink rose pattern - wear as expected. Outfit has been washed, is in good vintage condition
Doll is in good vintage condition. No crazing or cracks in composition. Her one right eyebrow looks to have faded (see pictures)
Cloth body is stained from age. No holes or damage
Multi-face dolls like this one were first commercially made in Europe in the mid-19th century.
