The shoulder boards have the rank insignia of a Colonel (four stars), the collar has a red star and anchor emblem, and the buttons are engraved with a star and hammer and sickle. It is very well made and has a strong presence.

As there are no tags, it is unknown whether it is a genuine item actually used by the military or a sophisticated replica. Recommended for collections, displays, stage costumes, etc.
