Purple velvet surplice top, V-neck, fitted sleeves with notches at the cuffs, empire waist, very full A-line skirt with a fantastic print somewhere between a psychedelic Rorschach test and a trippy topographic map, in purple orange red yellow blue and green.
The top of the dress is lined, but not the skirt
