This is a 3D Mickey & Minnie cap purchased at Tokyo Disneyland over 20 years ago.
It is very old and has scratches and stains due to aging.
The back is mesh and adjustable, but the Minnie adjustment part has cracks.
Also, Mickey and Minnie's ears wobble, and Minnie's nose wobbles.
