This is a U.S. Army A-1 V-neck sweater.
Although it has a black tag, the green color is considerably darker compared to the original from the war period, as shown in the image.
It's a low-gauge V-neck, and the black tag is still readable. However, I suspect it's not an original from that time, but rather made by a replica manufacturer.
The condition is as shown in the images; there's a slight fraying at the hem, but it's not significant enough to require repair.
The size is marked as 38, and the actual measurements are approximately 53cm for shoulder width, 48cm for body width, 50cm for sleeve length, and 58.5cm for length.
The seller, who is 172cm tall and weighs 60kg, finds the size to be just right.
I've determined that it's not an original, and I'm offering it at a bargain price, so please consider it.
