1965 TIERCE MUSICAL HORSE RACE ROULETTE GARNIER DECANTER BRIDGE OVER RIVER KWAI.
This rarely seen decanter, better known as the merry-go-round bottle or horse race bottle, three glass bottles are molded together in the shape of the forepart of the horse. The stoppers are horses heads all three intact. The base holds a music box which plays a lovely rendition of "Le jour le plus long”. Top of base contains a closed in roulette wheel with a ball stopping at one of the 3 different liqueurs telling you which one to drink. Le Tierce is a famous national horse race in France. Bottles rotate on base while song is playing. 10.5 inches tall. Empty. Please all pics. White & gold horse can be removed but black horse’s cork is broken. Could be removed & glued. It stays in fine like it is though.
