This is a photo book of sukajan (souvenir jackets) published by Tailor Toyo, a long-established sukajan tailor.

It's a photo book that contains valuable photos, but also has a lot of text, making it a very satisfying read. It's highly regarded among the few sukajan specialist books, and it's a rare book that is seldom offered for sale due to being out of print.

As you can see in the photos, there are some raised marks as if they were made during binding. The inside hasn't been opened much, so I think it's relatively clean, in my subjective opinion.
