Warranted Fountain Pen 14KARAT GK JIS WARRANTED (Defective/As-is)

I'm selling various items as I'm cleaning out my house.

This is a fountain pen that my family used, and it appears to be a Warranted, a Japanese-made fountain pen. It's a stately fountain pen with a thick barrel.
Based on my research on various websites, it seems to be an ink-stopper type, but the inside has likely been modified as shown in the image.

I was able to clean it by putting water into the pump? part, like a dropper, so I think it can be used normally. (I cannot guarantee this as it is an old item.)
I am not very knowledgeable, so there is a possibility that my explanation is incorrect.

As it seems to be quite old, I will consider it a junk item to be sold as is. I have included many images, so please make your judgment based on the images.
