The leather on the cover is flaking the more it is handled, and it is starting to split along the front of the spine. When the book is opened, the pages are rigid and stand straight up. There is some water damage along the top, but not seen on all pages. A few of the front and back pages are starting to come loose either at the top or the bottom, but are still safely connected, and no pages are missing. There is uniform discoloration throughout the book. It measures approximately 7" long x 4 3/4" tall, and is 117 pages.
