Overview: Up for sale is an incredible woodblock print, "Cherry Blossoms," ("Sakura" in Japanese) created by Kawarazaki Shodo. Kawarazaki is well-known for his floral prints, and is widely considered an early midcentury master. This print dates to 1951. Beautiful impression. Print is nicely framed in a midcentury wood frame. Framers tag from 1980 on verso.
Condition: Print and frame are in very good condition. Moderate scuffing on frame.
Measurements: Print measures approximately 16 inches high x 10.875 inches wide. Frame measures approximately 19.25 inches high x 14.25 inches wide.
