This listing is for a Mega Gardevoir TOMY figure keychain, It is officially licensed by Pokémon and came out in 2017.
The packaging is damaged, as I cut it to save space at some point (I wish I hadn't!) but the keychain has never been removed, and the pokeball shaped plastic surrounding it is still completely sealed. Picture showing this being sealed is included in the listing :)
It would be impossible to remove the keychain itself without shredding the packaging, speaking from experience since I opened the mega absol one recently lol
