Early 1900s pince-nez spectacles with spring bridge and original safety chain and lapel pin.
These were sold by D. M. Grinnell, Optician, North Yakima, Washington (city name used before 1918).
Gold-filled frame with adjustable nose pads, clear lenses, and matching velvet-lined case embossed with the opticians name and Genuine Glass Eyes & Good Eyes.
Era: c.1890s1910s
Material: gold-filled brass (unmarked, typical for the period)
Chain & pin: original slide chain with small lapel/brooch pin
Case: black leatherette with green velvet interior; stamped D.M. GRINNELL, Optician, North Yakima, Wn.
