This is a vintage 12k yellow gold filled heart-shaped photo locket pendant necklace.
The crest reads, in the sides of its triangle, "Religio, Scientia, Cultus" or "Religion, Science, Cult." This is the crest of the Sisters of Mercy College, specifically its 1975 banner.
