In used, pre owned condition. There is a hole on the back of the dress by where the neck hangs. There are also some small spots on the dress. I hope with a good wash and stain treatment they would come out. Please see photos for condition. The straps are adjustable but seem to be twisted. Maybe you can twist them back, or fix them? But they may lay twisted on your shoulders, so please consider that.
