I’m not a professional or expert grader by any means, but from what I do know and from what I can see on this book, I think this is likely in the VG- to VG+ range. Discrepancies include wear and color loss/fade throughout. Creases in spine and throughout cover. Staining and soiling throughout. Small tears on back cover.
Staples and centerfold is tight. No missing pages. Complete. Looks like off-white pages.
Might benefit from a clean and press but no guarantees it’ll bump the grade due to the color break.
