This adorable cat wearing a tuxedo and bow tie is approximately 5 inches tall. I'm not sure of the exact date but I think it's from the 80s.
Toby mugs are an old tradition that you typically see made into human faces, often of famous characters from literature. Animal Toby mugs came later as a cheeky addition to the tradition.
This is a perfect Christmas birthday or other special occasion gift for the cat lover in your life.
Overall, excellent condition. See last photo for two Pyne sized paint chips on the upper left side of the mug. Extremely minor.
