This is a custom piece. The figure is a 1997 Vietnam Nurse. Her tush is marked Hasbro 1997. She has been dressed in a WWII German uniform. The skirt appears to be homemade and is just a fabric tube that only stays up because they attached it to the jacket. Hat is glued on. They also modified the figure itself. They added some brown glue type material to her lady parts to presumably make them more anatomically correct. I think her uniform and accessories, other than the skirt, may be Cotswold.
1:6 scale 12" action figure. Comes with the accessories shown. The gas mask canister is metal. No box.
