I've seen these listed as Italian art glass I think there is a small possibility it could still be Japanese or glass but I'm not sure. The Japanese also did some really cool Park less than the 1960s that looks quasi Italian.
The colors in this are beautiful I love the white interior and there's no damage where on this piece at all.
It's most likely about 6 in by 6 in by 1 and 1/2 in.
You can see the pontil on the bottom that it was hand Blown !
