Spectacular, Vintage, Gold Plated, Topaz Tortoise Shell Glass and Frosted Glass. Layered, Greek Female Cameo Brooch by WMCA** (White Metal Casters Association).
Measuring 2 1/8" x 1 " x3/4 x 1/2" deep, with a secure rollover clasp.
The oval brooch frame is composed of textured, openwork looped, gold plate metal.
Bezel-Set within the frame is an oval, bevel-edged, Topaz Tortoise Shell Swirl glass piece.
A frosted Topaz glass, left-facing, Greek female cameo sits atop. She is adorned with upswept locks and a decorated hair band.
Signed "WMCA"** in a diamond. NOTE: This maker's mark dates the piece to 1955.
