This is a fabulous bag in black leather by Harve' Benard from the 1980s. It's convertible, with the option to wear it as a shoulder bag or a handbag. Your eye is drawn to the large gold tone metal crocodile or alligator that attached on the flap, just over the magnetic snap clasure. It's very detailed and really stands out on the black leather. The shape of the bag is like a bucket, with a wide base. The shoulder strap can be removed by way of the hooks attached to loops on the top. The interior boasts two deep open compartmets, one with a zippered pocket. It also includes a zippered compartment in the middle. The maker's label can be found under the flap. The quality of the purse is obvious by the use of the high quality leather, impeccable top stitching, sturdy hardware and the fabulous crocodile. It's in excellent condition.
