Authentic vintage Balinese Barong Ket mask, hand-carved and hand-painted with long natural fiber mane and original textile adornments. This mask represents Barong, the protective spirit in Balinese mythology, and was traditionally used in ritual dance ceremonies. The interior shows hand-chisel marks, natural patina, and fastenings indicative of mid-century artisan construction (1960s–1980s). The mane is made from natural coconut/sisal fiber, and the fabric elements show age-related wear. A striking, large, and culturally significant mask suitable for collectors or décor.
