Straps and bra were professionally sewn on and not a part of the original dress but straps were made from colored and material matched fabric. Straps can be tucked in to be worn as a strapless still. There are four layers to the dress, the top design layer, a silk layer, the fluff layer, and another silk layer on the bottom (this is the layer that touches the skin). Colors are dark navy blue, light emerald green, and silver. Does have glitter on the design layer. The top is like a corset design and fit as well. Only worn once at a prom and has been stored since. Dress was $350 and alterations were another $100. Still in brand new condition.
