This set was retired in 1997 and only one production made which is the heart production mark; this set of 7 has: the warming hut, the skating pond, Hank & Sharon, Cocoa the dog, Mazie, the skating sign and Leroy. The added pieces are the Cocoa stand, the lamp post and the double tree. All have boxes, in perfect condition with the light cord. Happy to bundle.
