In 1969, Shell Oil had these made for a big promotional campaign. You'll see many of these selling on the big "EB" site. Most of the ones you see there are incomplete, missing coins in the set and those are even priced at 30 or 40 dollars for the incomplete set! (Plus high shipping fees)
