Wolverine costume

This costume was a huge project from 3D printed gauntlets and shoulder pads, craws and helmet. The costume itself is weathered with an airbrush to replicate the battle damage From the movie “Deadpool & Wolverine”. I spent well over $1000 in materials and effort creating this piece. For reference I am 5”11 and wear a size 11 mens.

I used automatic body repair Bondo for filament lines created from 3d printing, body filler primer, sandpaper, automatic car grade body spray paint metallic blue, dark cobalt blue, yellow, etc.

I used an air brush for weathering/“battle damage” effect replicating for movie accuracy cosplay.

The head circumference of the helmet (3d printed) is 23” inches

The gauntlets (3d printed) are: measurements coming soon

The shoulder pads (3d printed) are 8”x5.5”x5” inches each
(And painted but not attached)

Fits 5”11 and I’d say under is fine too as long as you’re not like
5”7, etc.
