David is in the Hall of Fame, one of the 50 greatest players in NBA history, won 2 NBA championships, and a member of the 1992 Dream Team! He was Rookie of the Year and a League MVP. Any currently stands sixth in blocks in NBA history. He was also the scoring champion of the 1993-1994 NBA season. He is currently ranked at 27 of the 50 greatest players of all time in the NBA!
I met David at Notre Dame stadium a couple of years ago. He never missed a game because his son was a wide receiver for the Irish! He was one of the nicest athletes I've ever met, he made time to talk to me for a short while and I will never forget him!!
