RARE Vintage Egg Yolk Amber Necklace and Sterling Earring Set

Gorgeous egg yolk amber nugget necklace, with matching post earrings, that feature lovely egg yolk amber cabochons set in sterling silver. This set appears to date back to the late 1960's or early 1970's and came to me from the estate of a fabulous woman with an amazing and eclectic jewelry collection. This is an incredibly rare find that any serious jewelry or amber collector would be lucky to have in their personal collection.

In great vintage condition, with no major defects or flaws. Necklace measures approximately 22"- 24" in length and weighs in at 52.2 g. These awesome earrings measure approximately 1" by 1" , they weigh 19.3g, and have tested positive for sterling silver. Multiple tests have been completed to determine that this set is in fact amber, including the salt water, acitone, and UV light tests... Proof of testing can be seen in the photos below.
