• Cover: loose (tearing in back) with marks/fading and wear/fraying at edges and corners
• Spine: marks/fading and wear/fraying at ends
• Pages: some age marks, folded corners and small tears. Critter holes on the edges of the first 25 pages or so (does not appear to impact text) and corners of pages are heavily worn
• Edges: age marks & darkening
• Binding: loose but still holding
