I think for it's age this is in excellent condition, it has a patina to it that is gorgeous, if this were a large I would be keep it in my collection. No rips tears holes, it has some small marks shown up close in last pictures, some wear on the cuffs, see pics for measurements, has it's zip in liner, just an awesome piece. I would personally wear it as is, but if you wanted the slight imperfections gone some leather CPR would get this back to like new condition, but again I love the patina to it.
