Introduced in December of 2000, this piece was retired in December of 2002. The building measures 9.5" high by 5" across and 5" front to back. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is complete with sign and 3 lanterns.
This house/building is in excellent condition except "DRUGS" sign is missing middle prong - does not affect functionality - see pictures, No chips, cracks, or indication of misuse or abuse. The original flimsy cardboard sleeve and Styrofoam may have some wear, but the piece(s) looks as good as the day purchased.
Shipping includes extra insurance.
