May name is “Bond…James Bond.” I can just see him pulling out this Vintage Ultra Mini YASHICA atoron Camera in one of his movies to take a few pics of the Doomsday machine, or perhaps one of his beautiful lady-friends!” It’s only 3.75 inches across and 1 inch high by 1.5 inches deep! And boy it has some settings!
On the front, from left to right we see the YASHICA atoron branding plate, the lens, the built in flash, and the view finder. It also includes a slide on polarizing filter. I am not a camera aficionado, but I’ll do my best to guess what you’re looking at. On the top, from left to right is the “shoot” button, I believe, a shutter speed dial, and perhaps a light adjustment or exposure dial? On the right is a tripod adapter, and some turn dial that says “open.” On the left is the carry strap and film advance lever. On the back is the view finder port.
When you advance the film and press the shoot button, the camera makes a cool little squeaky “click.” Great for collectors!
