This car seat was used for a few months when my little one was a newborn. It has never been in a car accident and does not have any defective parts. All of the padding is washing machine safe but be sure to air dry to avoid shrinking. You can adjust the straps using the numbers on the back of the car seat so it's comfortable on your little one. The base is also included and easily clips into the car. The car seat alone only weighs 7 lb so it's very easy to lift and carry. The entire seat has been cleaned and sanitized. I'm open to reasonably negotiating the price.
